Thank you for a fantastic year 2014!

I want to thank everyone who visits and reads this blog.
I know that there are many things to improve and in 2015 there will be many changes.
But we reached a lot together!
From March to now, I had the chance to share wonderful things with you like the fashion week or nice experiences.

Another big thank goes to the Berlin fashion labels and their press agencies which gave me the chance to visit their shows at Berlin Fashion Week.

At this point, I want to say: Have a nice evening and let 2015 be the best year in our lives!

Yuletide

Yes, this is exactly what you think it is~a christmas ball as an earring. I saw that on a girl in Berlin. I thought: "this is such a funny idea!"
The Yuletide is a time with positive and negative sides. On the one side you have the wonderful christmas trees, the nice sweets and the happy people, but on the other one you have the stress and the budget problem. In my head there are questions like "what can I buy?" , "where?" or "how much money do I have to spend?". I know that almost everyone has these problems.
I want to give you some ideas and places.
The first thing to thing about is, for who do you want to buy the present.
For women who are a bit crazy and open for something special, I think a nice piece of Marina Hoermanseder is a great choice. You can buy Marina Hoermanseder soon at her own online shop and at the LNFA Concept Store in Berlin.
For them who aren't so brave to wear leather buckles, I would say a nice nacklace by the Berlin designer MALAIKARAISS is a good choice.

For men, Hien Le is my favorite designer for this years christmas gifts. His prints are gorgeous and fit to every type of man.

URBANSTORIES-Project!

Today, it's the day of the days. We are going to start a project- the first one!
I think that it's quite "cool" reading blogs and looking at others outfits and stories, but I will try something new.
I will post in the next time photos of inspiring things, like this here above, but WITHOUT text!
Everyone can make his own thoughts and ideas on them. No one has to read texts or listen to others opinions- just let these photos make you creative.

Have fun!

We love: Marina Hoermanseder

                                                           Photo:http://www.woman.at/_storage/asset/3978684/storage/womanat:content-large/file/43198376/martina-hoermanseder.jpg

Marina Hoermanseder is one of the new stars in fashion business.
After her studies in International Business Administration, the French-Austrian designer graduated at ESMOD Berlin-International University of Art for Fashion. Her successful internship at Alexander McQueen gave her an important 'kick' for her first collection which she presented at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin 2014.
Her style is really special and different to the other fashion designers we have here in Berlin.
In her collections, she has a mix of ready-to-wear and avant-garde.
One of her main materials is leather-it doesn`t matter weather as a corset, a skirt or a hat.
Marina Hoermanseder always plays with buckles, rivets, high-quality materials, but also with very 'unnormal' materials for fashion, like stone.
In July 2014, she presented her second collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin and was awarded the PREMIUM Young Designers Award.

All in all, I have to say that I`m really looking forward to her next collections and I am sure she will surprise us again and again.

This is one of my favorite pieces of her SS15 collection.
It`s a skirt made of blue leather buckles.

This is a black leather-buckle-bag with rivets from her SS15 collection.
It`s also in other colors available. In yellow for example.

Visit her website and enjoy Marina Hoermanseder`s collections:

All in black!

First of all, I want to say sorry for I'm not posting so often this moment. I don't had really time for it because school was very hard, but now I will be more present.
The Weekend is over now.
I hope You all had a nice one! Josi and me, we made a wellness day yesterday at Steigenberger hotel Berlin. It was so relaxing and perfect for the rainy weather outside.
Like the weather, was also my outfit. Really dark---> all in black.
I was wearing one of my favorite designers, MALAIKARAISS.
I combined her Send-A-Message sweater "til we meet again" with black jeans and my leather jacked.
At the reason, I wanted to bring some color in the dark, I took the MALAIKARAISS Crystals Gymbag with me.

List of what I'm wearing:

~"Send-A-Message" sweater: MALAIKARAISS
~black leather jacket: H&M
~black trousers: (small shop in Greece)
~"Crystals Gymbag": MALAIKARAISS
~black shoes: Nike

Product love!

The summer is over now but I am in love with a new shirt. I bought it at ZARA in Greece and the price was really good. Normally it's a summer piece but I think this shirt is a good chance to bring some color in your autumn outfit.
The print is just great. There is a mix of a kind of green and orange palm leaves.
It's made of 100% polyester and it feels really soft. At the reason that it's a bit too exited, I allways combine it with a classic jean in blue or black.
I would say: don't be afraid of the autumn and turn it into the new summer!;)

Grand opening in Berlin!

                                  (Photo:tkmaxx.de)

First of all I want to say sorry that I'm not posting so often the last time. I'm now in Greece and I don't have the time for it.
But I have big news for everyone from Berlin. A new TK-Maxx store opens its doors on 21 August 2014.
The store is located at Berlin Alexanderplatz and it will be the biggest one in Germany.
TK-Maxx is something like a concept store where you can buy big labels for a very good price! The pieces are reduced up to 60%. A special part of TK-Maxx is the "Gold Label" -area, where you can find labels like Maison Martin Margiela or Versace. I think this is a good way to get a cheap piece of an expensive label.

My next post will come, when I'm back in Berlin.
Stay tuned;)
I will go now to swim a bit!;)
See you at the TK-Maxx opening!

New logo!

It's out now.
URBANSTORIES has a new logo.
Josi and me, we had no idea how our new logo could look like.
We were very spontaneously.
Our blog has many different sides, so we wanted to use many colors.
We took a white piece of paper and drawed some ideas, but we were desperated.
In this moment Josi began to strike through the name and I had the idea to do this many times: from the bottom to the top, from the left hand side to right hand side and from the right hand corner to the left hand corner.

This is the result:

Do you like it or not?

DIMITRI-Fashion Show!

The last show, I want to present, is the DIMITRI runway show!
I have to say that this was my first DIMITRI show and it was so lovely.
The Spring/Summer 2015 collection he presented, was true to his style.
It consists of fair colors and high-quality materials, like silk or satin.
He mixed yellow,royal-blue,white and black. It was a colormix!
Inspired of exotic trips to other countries,
Dimitrios Panagiotopoulos used animal prints, colorful patterns and very feminine cuts.
All in all, I have to say that this is an amazing collection and I think it's maybe the best one he had ever made.
Bravo!

See some pieces of the collection on your own:

CHATTY-Runway show

It's time to report about the CHATTY show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
I'm a little bit late because I'm allready in Greece, but I think this is the chance for you guys, to enjoy the Fashion Week in July;)
CHATTY is a fashion label founded in 2005 in Prague.
I saw the collection at the Premium Berlin and I have to say that I loved every piece.
They had a mix of Denim pieces and some others with amazing colorful prints.
The whole collection consists of fair colours and very light fabrics.
My favourite pieces were these, which were made of a special material like polysterene.
I'm sure that it wasn't polysterene, but the items were georgeous.
CHATTY is an amazing label and I think that everyone who goes to Prague should go to visit CHATTY and see amazing collections and buy his own piece.
For me, CHATTY is one of my new favourite labels.

Here are some photos from the show:

These are the beautiful designers Radga Sirková and Anna Tušková :

Rike Feurstein fashion show!

Fashion Week is over and now it's time to share my experience with you.
On Thursday I went to the Rike Feurstein show.
It was an amazing stage presentation at the Erika-Hess-Eisstadion.
Rike Feurstein is known for her hats, but if I'm honest, I liked the clothes more.
She used dark colours and the most pieces were made of latex.
They don't had a special cut, but the materials made them amazing.
Rike Feurstein presented six outfits for men and nine for women.
Some of them were fair, so it was a little variety to the others.
Many of the pieces had some transparent elements.
My favourite item was the opening dress.
It wasn't too much because the cut was so simple, but the latex made it interesting.

        My absolutely favourite one

Outfit: Fashion Week Berlin

Finally!
It's Fashion Week time!
I can't wait to see the runway shows, but I am sure that they will be wonderful.
Today I was at the Premium Berlin.
It was amazing and I met some nice women at MALAIKARAISS and I met Marina Hoermanseder and Isabell de Hillerin.
They were all so friendly, but I will tell you in an other post at the end of the week because I will go there again on Thursday.
Today I wanted something more classical because I also went to the Greenshowroom at the Adlon Kempinski Berlin. I thought that this nice shirt with stripes, I bought last week is perfect for this event.
I combined it with my ZARA shorts and I think this is a good look for everyone.

This is a list of what I'm wearing:

•shirt~H&M
•pants~ZARA
•shoes~New Balance
•socks~TOPMAN

ESMOD Berlin-fashion show!

Today it was an amazing day!
A friend who studies at ESMOD Berlin told me that today there's going to be a fashion show at the "Fest am Kultur Forum".
The show was amazing!
At this point I want to say well done to the students of ESMOD Berlin.
I'm not sure how many collections they showed but they were a lot!
I liked most the first and the last one.
The first one was completely in white.
It was minimalistic and I love it.
The others between were a little bit too crazy. They mixed so many colours and materials together. I don't liked them so much.
The last collection was fantastic.
The collection included long dresses in beige and white and they putted lots of feathers on them.
I could tell you 5 hours, but you have to see it on your own.
Here are some examples:

My favourite outfit from the first collection

One of the dresses from the other collections

My favourite dress from the last collection

The last outfit of the show and I think this is a great idea to make something special
